What will you be
responsible for?
You will work with one or more
scrum teams to define functional requirements, plan product increments, and
continue to deliver value with every sprint.
Serve as the leader for
consulting engagements within the ES group and own the business needs
elicitation and solution envisioning processes.
Define key objectives and
results, and metrics for product opportunities and measure product progress for
help drive future product/business decisions.
Develop scope, define, and
prioritize backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile
software development team.
Conduct market research by
staying abreast with business and consumer technology trends, competitor
analysis, and market offerings.
Navigate and influence multiple
cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment.
Develop appropriately detailed
specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the
development teams.
Partner and work closely with
engineering teams to deliver value with each product release and actively
engage in measuring its impact to user and business.
Influence innovation across
teams to ensure new ideas find place in product roadmap and drive competitive
product positioning.
Think strategically, and
creatively, about how initiatives should be driven for maximum engagement and
impact.
The position is based in
Hyderabad and requires collaboration with global partners in different time
zones
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate should have
7 to 12 years of experience, with 5+ years of product
owner/management/consulting experience,
Expertise and knowledge across
the US healthcare domain with broad understanding across the provider/ payer/
consumer ecosystems and market trends.
Ability to guide and help
junior product owners towards product management best practices and activities.
Demonstrated experience in
talking to users, synthesis of user problems/ workflows and design thinking
approaches to product management.
Working knowledge of
architecture and technology stacks to facilitate and engage with engineering
teams.
Ability to structure open-ended
problems & derive analysis to discover user insights
Ability to work efficiently in
a fast-paced iterative product development cycles.
Expertise on agile/scrum
development methodologies
Strong presentation skills and
experience communicating with business as well as technical audiences. Able to
write clear and concise documentation, excellent written and spoken
communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in
engineering discipline or an MBA with relevant industry experience
