# Digital Literacy & Adaptability: Comfort with technology, willingness to learn.

# Self-Management & Initiative: Responsibility, time management, goal setting.


Examples:

Here are two examples for each employability skill for a Class 7 student:

  • Effective Communication:
    • Clearly explaining a science project to the class.
    • Writing a polite email to a teacher asking a question about homework.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
    • Figuring out how to build the tallest tower with limited blocks.
    • Identifying the main problem in a short story and suggesting a different ending.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Working with classmates to complete a group presentation on a historical event.
    • Participating actively and sharing ideas during a team-based game in physical education.
  • Digital Literacy & Adaptability:
    • Using a school-approved website to research information for a class assignment.
    • Learning to use a new educational app recommended by the teacher.
  • Self-Management & Initiative:
    • Organizing their school bag and notes for different subjects.
    • Volunteering to take on an extra task within a classroom activity.
