Mobile Application: Personalized Seasonal Offers and Product Updates for Brick and Mortar Shops. The app is intended to facilitate customer relationship management, enhance customer experience and increase sales.


Introduction:

This mobile application allows customers to view and share personalized seasonal offers for products that match their interests, age, and shopping pattern, specifically for brick and mortar shops. Customers can also receive notifications when new products that match their interests arrive at the physical store. Additionally, the app allows shopkeepers to maintain inventory and track customer purchase patterns.


2. User Interface:


The main screen of the app will display a list of current seasonal offers, which can be sorted by category (e.g. clothing, electronics, etc.) or by store.

Users can also search for specific products or offers using a search bar.

Each offer will include a brief description of the product, an image, and the store name.

Users can tap on an offer to view more details, such as the expiration date.

Users can also share offers with friends via social media or messaging apps.

A "Notifications" button on the main screen will allow users to view and manage notifications for new products that match their interests.

3. User Accounts:

Users will be able to create an account to save their preferences, age, interests and shopping pattern.

Users can specify their interests by selecting one or more categories (e.g. clothing, electronics, etc.) or by searching for specific products or brands.

Users will be able to view a history of offers and products they have viewed or shared.

4. Shopkeeper Features:

Shopkeepers will be able to create an account to manage their inventory

Shopkeepers can add, edit, delete and list the products, offers for their physical store.

Shopkeepers can also see the purchase pattern of their customers.

5. Technical Details:

The app will be developed for iOS and Android platforms using React-Native Framework.

The app will use a RESTful API to communicate with a remote database to retrieve and update information on offers and products, inventory, and customer purchase patterns.

The app will use push notifications to inform users of new products that match their interests and to notify shopkeepers when their inventory is low.

6. Deployment:

The app will be deployed to the App Store and Google Play Store for customers and shopkeepers to download.

It's worth noting that depending on the business model, the pricing details may still be necessary in the app, so we will make changes in subsequent versions considering commercial strategy as well as the customer / partner needs.
